How it works

We source quality, healthy angus steers from Amish family farms.  When the beef is ready to process, we ship to a USDA butcher who will butcher your quarter or half share according to your specifications.  You will choose the thickness of steak, bone-in or boneless, T-bone or NY Strip, etc.  You can also choose organ meat (some organs are limited like heart and ox tail – one per steer).  When the meat has been processed, we will deliver to your door.  Our delivery area is limited to Northern Virginia and surrounds.

 

You can place a deposit of $250 by September 1, 2023.  Because the price is based off of market price, the final price will be communicated to you two weeks before the butcher date.  The balance will be due two days before delivery. 

 

On the day of delivery, someone must be on hand to receive the meat. It will be packaged according to your specifications and arrive frozen.  It should be immediately frozen to retain freshness.
